I managed to break the nipple on my #40 countersink cutter on the fuel cap reinforcement ring !!! sigh

Dimpled all the leading edge ribs and the fuel tank ribs

Dimpled all the fuel tank skin including the #8 screw holes

Prepared and roughened up the inside surface where the ribs and stiffeners would attach
